A DC Superior Court judge continued a March 15 felony status conference for a homicide case at the defense attorney’s request. 

George Miller, 26, is charged with first-degree murder while armed in the shooting of 48-year-old Elias Flores on Nov. 18, 2020, on the 1600 block of Olive Street, NE.

Judge James Crowell scheduled the next hearing for April 21.
