A judge denied a defendant’s release.
Ormando Batson is charged with second-degree burglary while armed with a firearm, possession of a firearm during a crime a violence, unlawful possession of firearm with a prior conviction, possession of a unregistered firearm and unlawful possession of ammunition
Judge Neal Kravitz denied Batson’s release without prejudice. Batson was also arraigned during this hearing and entered a plea of not guilty.
Batson is scheduled for a status hearing on June 19.
