A DC Superior Court judge denied the release of a defendant on April 15.
Antonio Nicks, 28, is facing charges in three cases, including possession with intent to distribute a substance (cocaine), resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, no permit, and bail violation.
DC Superior Court Judge Anita Josey-Herring denied Nicks release due to a Maryland parole warrant.
A status hearing and felony status conference are scheduled to occur on May 13.
