After a notice of noncompliance was filed against a defendant, a judge decided to not hold a defendant accountable at a pretrial show cause hearing on May 28.
Clifton Clinton is charged with robbery for stealing two key fobs and a key from a woman on Feb. 4.
Judge Heide Herrmann ordered that Clinton abide by the conditions of his release.
No further hearings have been scheduled.
