Per the recommendation of the Bureau of Legal Services, DC Superior Court Judge Jonathan Pittman decided May 29 to hold a woman for a complete mental competency restoration.
Brittney Marshall is charged with multiple misdemeanors, including attempted threats to do bodily harm, unlawful entry of private property and contempt.
Marshall is scheduled for a mental observation hearing on June 29.
