DC Superior Court Judge Anita Josey-Herring decided to hold a defendant charged with a murder in DC Jail on June 1.
Tyiion Freeman is charged with first-degree murder while armed for allegedly shooting 13-year-old Malachi Lukes on March 1. Aaron Brown, 24; 21-year-old Reginald Steele and 19-year-old Koran Jackson are Freeman’s co-defendants. They are also all charged with first-degree murder.
All four defendants are scheduled for a hearing on July 29.
