A DC Superior Court judge issued a bench warrant for the arrest of a sex abuse defendant who did not show up to his Sept. 8 hearing.
The 34-year-old defendant is charged with third-degree sexual abuse.
Defense attorney Jonathan Willmont said he has not had recent contact with his client and does not know where he is. Judge Marisa Demeo said the court has also lost contact.
