A DC Superior Court judge modified April 29 a stay away order for a defendant who was already released.
Robert Perry is charged with violating a criminal protective order.
Judge Michael O’Keefe modified a stay away order that was put into place when Perry was initially released on April 6. The specific modifications are not known.
Perry is scheduled for a status hearing on July 6.
