A DC Superior Court judge ordered the prosecution to keep a defense attorney updated on his client’s medical records.
David Randolph is charged with second-degree burglary.
Judge Juliet McKenna ordered that the prosecution provide Randolph’s attorney, Amy Phillips, with his medical records.
The prosecution also agreed to turn over discovery evidence to Phillips by June 1.
A preliminary hearing is schedule for June 3.
