Judge Releases Defendant

On June 8, DC Superior Court Judge Rainey Brandt released a defendant charged with carjacking under the high intensity supervision program (HISP).

Marc Kirk is charged with unarmed carjacking, robbery and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

A stay away order is required as part of his release conditions. The conditions were not specified on the DC Courts website.
