DC Superior Court Judge Robert Okun released a defendant with GPS monitoring and stay away orders on June 10.

Sulleman Harrington is charged with aggravated assault knowingly while armed, destruction of property less than $1,000 and simple assault.

The case was continued from another hearing on June 5. The judge and counsel discussed releasing Harrington to a shelter, but there was concern over if he could charge his GPS monitoring device. It was determined that he could do so.

On June 5, DC Superior Court Judge Anita Josey-Herring chose to hold Harrington, so an address for his release could be verified.
