On May 19, a judge rescheduled a non-jury trial for a defendant charged in a domestic violence case. Robert Millhouse is charged with simple assault. Judge Maribeth Raffinan vacated the scheduled hearing and rescheduled it for Aug. 4. Millhouse is currently released on his own personal recognizance.
