On May 19, a DC Superior Court judge rescheduled a non-jury trial for a defendant charged in a domestic violence case.
Jose Wrenn is charged with sex abuse and simple assault.
Judge Maribeth Raffinan vacated the scheduled hearing and rescheduled it for Aug. 4.
Wrenn is currently released on his own personal recognizance.
