A DC Superior Court judge scheduled a preliminary hearing for a domestic violence case.
The defendant is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.
Defense attorney Jacqueline Williams and the prosecution requested a preliminary hearing date.
Judge Milton Lee scheduled one for April 14. In the meantime the defendant will remain held at DC Jail.
