A defendant’s probation was determined unsuccessful and terminated after he did not comply with the terms of his release.
Darin Williams was on probation after being sentenced to 90 days, all of which was suspended, for violating bail. His release conditions included receiving drug testing, entering and completing a drug treatment program and maintaining housing.
However, Williams did not comply. A notice of non compliance was issued on June 4. Judge Rainey Brandt terminated the defendant’s probation on June 9.
Williams’ next hearing is scheduled for Sept. 20.
