A defendant, who was previously free, was arrested by police on new charges prior to his pretrial show case hearing.

Earl Moore is charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle and possession of a prohibited weapon: brass knuckles.

On May 10, Moore was arrested by officers from the Metropolitan Police Department and charged with assault knowingly.

Even though he is not being held on the new charges, his bond was revoked in his open assault case.

A status hearing is scheduled for July 13.
