Police are asking for the public’s health in find four people they believe are connected to the homicide of 41-year-old Victor Drummings.
Drummings was found unconscious and unresponsive at around 3:15 Halloween morning.
Police on Tuesday circulated a video showing four people of interest wanted in his homicide.
Drummings, of Upper Marlboro, was found on the 1600 block of New York Ave, NE.
