Police on Tuesday announced an additional arrest was made for the shooting death of James Dorsey Jr. in December of last year.

According to police, William Charlie Bowman was arrested by U.S. Marshals and charged with second-degree murder while armed. Bowman was extradited from Georgia to D.C. for the charge.
