Alex Garcia Pecina is an undergraduate student from the University of Texas of San Antonio pursuing a degree in psychology and interested in attending law school. He is in Washington, D.C. as an Archer Fellow where he has the opportunity to intern and take courses about policymaking, advocacy, and our nation’s history. At D.C. Witness, Alex hopes to learn more about the court system and continue to provide transparency for criminal cases.
