Sonia Vazquez is completing her undergraduate studies in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice at Marymount University. She chose D.C Witness for her internship because learning about the Criminal Justice system in an academic setting is different from witnessing and experiencing it. The opportunity to contribute to making the system transparent and reporting on the facts will be invaluable for her personal growth.
