Two status hearings that were supposed to be heard by DC Superior Court Judge Hiram Puig-Lugo did not occur on May 29.
Kevin Thompson is appealing a 25 year prison sentence for first-degree sex abuse, third-degree sex abuse and kidnapping.
Reginald Robinson is currently serving three years on probation after pleading guilty to misdemeanor sex abuse and assault with a dangerous weapon. In 2017, he was sentenced to serve two years in prison. The three years of supervised released were suspended, and he was put on probation for three years.
Robinson is scheduled for a hearing on Sept. 30 and Thompson is scheduled for a hearing on Dec. 9.
