A defendant pleaded guilty to unlawful entry, bail violation and attempted threats to do bodily harm on June 16.  As part of the plea agreement, Teela Lott’s charges for simple assault and possession of an open container of alcohol were dismissed.  DC Superior Court Judge John McCabe sentenced Lott, 35, to nearly four months at the DC Jail.
