A defendant pleaded not guilty  in two cases in front of DC Superior Court Judge Anthony Epstein on July 11.  Guy Q Johnson, 57, is charged with first-degree premeditated murder while armed, assault with intent to kill while armed, 2 counts of possession of a firearm during a crime of violence, and unlawful possession of a firearm in his alleged involvement in the fatal shooting of 28-year-old Kriston Robinson on March 25, 2020, on the 1600 block of 19th Street, SE.  According to court documents, officers responded to the location and found Robinson sitting in the driver seat of a white Kia Forte, unconscious with a gunshot wound to the head.
